To take up a place we require a completed registration form. The form provides us with contact details and other information required by law, which assists us to respect your wishes and fully meet the needs of your child. Fees are payable one month in advance on the 1st of each month.

You will be provided with an e-mail or paper copy of your invoice.

 

You can book Set days - 52 weeks a year, or Flexible days booked weekly in advance and pay only for what you book. Set days are guaranteed, flexible days are bookable only if there is availability.  Our minimum set session is 5 hours, you can attend for less, but you must pay for the 5 hours. If you book Flexible days, we require these at the latest by Thursday the week before. You can book as many or as few days that you need, we have lots of parents who work shifts, and book different days and times each week. All our fees are calculated monthly on our booking system Parent Mail. For any changes to your booked sessions, we need a minimum of four weeks’ notice.

Once sessions are booked on our system, they cannot be cancelled without notice. All fees are due at the time of booking a place, or on the first day of the month in advance.

 

All sessions whether set or flexible must be paid for even if your child is absent
